Penelope

So I was pokenudgeshoved into posting this. XD It's a drawing I made a while back of a character that *Muiscdreamer drew here: [link]
Back then, she was *Muiscdreamer's design-interpretation of a character called Anne, but she's now been turned into a separate character named Penelope.

So yeah, about this picture. I drew this during a thunderstorm, so I had no reference, which is why I completely forgot about her belt.
It was a really fun coloring practice, though.
